Audrey Stelly

LEONVILLE- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for, Audrey Bergeron Stelly, at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018, in the St. Leo Catholic Church in Leonville. Rite of Committal will be held at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Port Barre.

Audrey, age 71, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. She loved taking are of others including not only her family but through her nursing career. She was a devoted catholic with one of her favorite past times was praying the rosary. She loved flowers, especially yellow roses. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Women's Auxiliary, and a member of St. Leo Catholic Church in Leonville. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Joseph Gervais "Pap" Stelly of Port Barre, her children, Christopher Mark Stelly, Phyllis Stelly, and Jenny Stelly Gentry and her husband Mark, 3 grandchildren, Nicholas Stelly, Kelsey Stelly and Alek Blood, brother, Aaron Bergeron and his wife Rhonda sister, Elaine Martin and her husband John.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Eva Bergeron, and 6 infant siblings.

The family requests visitation be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 in the St. Leo Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. until time of service. A rosary will be prayed at 1:30 p.m. in the church.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Bergeron, Mark Stelly, Tyler Bergeron, Alex Blood, John Martin and Nicholas Stelly.
