Opelousas -A Mass of Christian Burial for Anna Lee Fontenot Dupre will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2015, in Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Opelousas. Fr. Greg Simien will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial.

Anna Lee, a resident of Opelousas, passed away peacefully at Opelousas General Health System on April 13, 2015, at the age of 71. She enjoyed reading, watching TV, and cooking. Anne Lee was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother, she will be sadly missed.

Anne Lee is survived by her children, Floyd Dupre and wife, Michelle of Iota, Michael Abbie Dupre and wife, Kim of Opelousas and Karen Dupre Lafleur and husband, Jimmy of Prairie Ronde, seven grandchildren, Candice, Jenna, Joey, Brooke, Dustin, Anna Marie, Joshua.

Anna Lee was preceded in death by her parents, Abbie and Loudie Deville Fontenot, and her two brothers, J.L. and Patrick Fontenot.

The family requests that visitation be in Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church on Thursday, April 16, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
