Anita Dejean

Opelousas A memorial service will be at 2:30 pm, on October 5, 2012 for, Anita Mae DeJean. In Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery.

Anita was a native of Lawtell and a long time resident of Opelousas. She passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2012, at TriCommunity Nursing Home, at the age of 86. Before Anitas retirement she worked in a Doctor office as a L.P.N. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents George and Lillian Salauun DeJean, her brothers George, Hamilton, Eddie and Harold DeJean, her sisters Anna Walker, Kathleen Montgomery, and Marie Hawkins.

The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at the Community Nursing Home for all the Wonderful care and attention givin to Nita.

Visitation will be on Friday October 5, 2012 11am to 2:00 pm in the Sibille Funeral Home Chapel.
