Agnes Stelly

A funeral service will be held for, Agnes S. Stelly, at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 16, 2017, at the Sibille Funeral Home in Opelousas. Brother Perry Hubbs will conduct the Service. Interment will follow at the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery.

Agnes, age 103, a resident of Opelousas, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at her home.

She is survived by her children, J.P. Stelly and his wife, Joyce of Opelousas, Calvin Stelly and his wife, Margaret, of Bernette, Texas, Edmund Stelly and his wife, Doris of Opelousas and Roma Ramey and her husband, Tom of Georgia, nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren and six great -great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Stelly, her parents, Aristide and Euphia Stelly, brothers, Octave, Easton, Francis, Romain and John Stelly, sisters, Camille Devillier, Octavie Stelly Stoute, Ernestine (Me-Me) Stelly Noel.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Sibille Funeral Home in Opelousas. Visitation will continue on Saturday, December 16, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
